Takechi Sangyo Building is a steel-frame ALC construction completed in 1967
(Showa 42).
It is a six-story building with commercial facilities on the first floor and
193 residential units from the second floor upward.
Our company office is also located on the second floor.

On the ground floor, you will find a supermarket (“Shokuhinkan A-Price Minami-Ichioka”),
a drugstore (“Matsumoto Kiyoshi Minami-Ichioka”), and several restaurants.
Residents appreciate the convenience of being able to shop without needing an umbrella even on rainy days.

Another characteristic of the building is the large number of foreign residents,
including language teachers, fashion models, and musicians.
It has even been featured on television for being “a place where you can meet people from all over the world.”
This is likely because our company has long hired specialized Western staff to support foreign tenants—
from their arrival in Japan to daily living issues.

Although the number of foreigners coming to Japan for work is increasing,
many still struggle to secure housing due to language barriers and communication challenges.

To address this issue, our building provides an environment that removes obstacles to foreign tenancy,
offering a residential setting where tenants can feel as free and comfortable as they would in their home countries.
As a result, many new tenants come through word-of-mouth within international communities.

Looking forward, we plan to expand our services not only for foreigners
but also for seniors, people with disabilities, and single-parent families—
groups that often face similar housing difficulties.
However, due to challenges such as barrier-free construction,
we have not yet achieved full support in all areas.

We will continue our efforts to create a residence where all tenants
can live with long-term peace of mind and comfort.
