By making the most of the building’s original character, we chose an exposed concrete ceiling design with minimal finishing,
creating an open and airy feel with clear sightlines.
For the limited wet-area space, we opted for a shower unit instead of forcing in a full unit bath. This allows for a smoother layout
and comfortable circulation, while securing a more spacious dressing area and kitchen.
The floors and walls are finished in bright, consistent tones, resulting in a light-filled interior that looks especially bright in the daytime.
