Project
Takechi Sangyo Building, Room 415
We adopted an intentional “skeleton design” that exposes the building’s structure,
reconstructing the space into an open environment that maximizes the ceiling height.
By revealing the beams and structural elements, we created a modern living space
with an industrial yet refined atmosphere.
The original partition walls were removed, allowing natural light and air
to flow freely throughout the room.
The result is a bright, open-plan layout that is simple yet distinctive—
a high-quality renovation that offers both presence and comfort.
