Move-in Process

  • STEP 1 | Inquiries & Vacancy Check

    First, please contact us by phone or through the email form regarding any property you are interested in. We will provide information on availability, conditions, and other details.

  • STEP 2 | Property Viewing Guidance

    STEP 2 | Property Viewing Guidance

    We will show you the actual room according to your preferred schedule.
    If you are far away (including international guests), a viewing via video call or a recorded video is also available.

  • STEP 3 | Application & Screening

    STEP 3 | Application & Screening

    If you wish to move in, please submit the application form.
    We will verify identification documents as needed, such as an ID card or residence card (for foreign nationals).

  • STEP 4 | Contract

    STEP 4 | Contract / Signing the Lease

    After we explain the contract details, we will ask you to sign and stamp the documents.
    Explanations in foreign languages and translation support are also available.
    The lease agreement can be prepared in Japanese and/or English.

  • STEP 5 | Move-In

    STEP 5 | Move-In / Start of Residence

    After the contract is completed, we will hand over the keys. If you have any concerns on your move-in day, please feel free to contact us. We will support you so that you can start your new life with peace of mind.

Garbage Sorting and Collection Days

Each area has designated days and specific rules for disposing of different types of garbage. Please cooperate by sorting your waste correctly and placing it at the designated location and time.
Large home appliances and bulky waste have separate disposal procedures.

Living Etiquette & Local Information

Noise Etiquette (e.g., late-night use of washing machines or TV volume)

If everyday noises become too loud, they may disturb your neighbors without you realizing it. Please be especially mindful during late-night and early-morning hours.

For example:
Using washing machines or vacuum cleaners is recommended only until around 10 p.m. Please also keep the volume of your TV or music at a moderate level.

Use of Balconies and Common Areas

Balconies, hallways, and other common areas are shared by all residents.
Please avoid leaving personal items, smoking, or letting plants extend into these spaces.

Common Etiquette Examples
Please hang laundry only in designated areas / No open flames or barbecues / Do not leave large items unattended in common areas
