For Property Owners Considering Renting to Foreign Tenants
At Takechi Sangyo, we have extensive experience supporting foreign tenants.
Our multilingual staff provide careful assistance from contract procedures
to everyday living support, so even owners renting to foreign residents
for the first time can feel completely at ease.
Common Inquiries
I'm worried about the language barrier. Do you provide language support?
We have staff who can communicate in English, Chinese, and French, so we are able to fully support you.
Could differences in living etiquette cause any trouble?
When moving in, we provide guidance on how to live in Japan.
Will I be able to fully understand the contract terms?
We provide contracts and guides in English as well as Japanese, and will carefully explain all details to you.
I'm concerned about whether tenants will stay long-term.
The foreign tenants we introduce have varying lengths of stay, and many are short-term residents. Therefore, we do not specifically guarantee long-term leases. However, we always check the condition of the property at move-in and move-out, and if any damage occurs, the tenant will be held responsible. To protect the owner's assets, we also collect a deposit in advance.
