Is it okay if I don't speak Japanese during the contract process or check-in?
Yes, please don't worry. We have staff who can assist you in English, so even if you are not confident in Japanese, you can use our services with peace of mind.
Are the rooms furnished?
It depends on the property, but we offer fully furnished and semi-furnished rooms. You can choose a room equipped with the necessary furniture and appliances, so you can start your life immediately—even for short stays.
How are utility fees (water, electricity, gas) handled?
Utility fees are generally the responsibility of the tenant. However, we will support you with procedures such as setting up electricity and gas services and arranging the necessary connections, so you can move in with peace of mind.
Do you provide cleaning services or linens?
For accommodation (short-term stays)
Cleaning and linen exchange services are available. To ensure a comfortable stay, we provide regular cleaning as well as replacement of towels and bed linens during your stay.
For rental properties (mid- to long-term stays)
The room will be cleaned before you move in. However, after that, regular cleaning and linens (such as sheets and towels) are generally the responsibility of the tenant. You will need to prepare and manage these items yourself.

Is internet available?
Yes. All of our properties are equipped with Wi-Fi. We provide a stable internet connection that supports remote work and long hours of online use.
What should I do in case of an emergency?
We have a 24-hour telephone support line. If you experience any equipment trouble or have an urgent concern, you can contact us at any time of the day.
Can I extend my stay?
Yes, it is possible. Depending on the next reservation schedule, we will do our best to accommodate your request for an extension.
I'm living in Japan for the first time and feel a bit anxious. Do you offer support?
Yes. We can provide essential information such as details about the surrounding area and directions from the nearest station. If you have any difficulties, our staff will support you as much as possible.
